For existing standard styles: 300 pieces per color per style. For newly developed custom styles: 800‑1,000 pieces per color per style. Trial orders with lower quantities are welcome for first‑time cooperation.

Regular samples are completed within 3‑7 working days. Sample fees depend on fabric and process complexity, but are fully refundable once the subsequent bulk order reaches the agreed quantity.

We enforce a four‑stage quality inspection process:
Raw material inspection upon incoming fabric.
In‑process semi‑finished checks.
Full measurement and appearance inspection of finished garments.
Final random sampling before shipment. Any non‑conforming items are reworked or replaced prior to delivery.

We accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading.

For regular styles with in‑stock fabrics: 12‑18 working days after deposit. For new styles with custom or special fabrics: 20‑28 working days.
